How we pick

Every used club in stock at our stores under the price, right-handed, delivered price including shipping where the store publishes it. One row per model, ordered by a fixed rule: newest model first (a later generation is the clearest upgrade at the same price), then the best condition available under the cap, then the lowest price. Commission never affects the order. Click a model to see every listing, its grade and its store. Drivers are grouped by head type, from each brand's description: most forgiving (lightweight, draw-biased, high-launch), all-rounders (standard) and low-spin. Who each usually suits is a guide, not a rule: swing speed, launch and your miss decide fit, so check which driver loft and shaft flex. Start here picks, in each group, the model with the largest saving against its launch price among the group's three newest model years on the page, counting only clubs in Very Good condition or better (normal use or less on our scale) and models whose launch price we have on record. No pick is a review: we compare specs, prices and grades, not how clubs play. Prices checked Oct 25.

What usually lands here

In early October 2026, the drivers most listed under $300 at our stores were Titleist's GT3 (2024, launched at $649), Callaway's Elyte and Elyte Triple Diamond (2025, launched at $599 and $649), TaylorMade's Qi35 (2025, $599) and Titleist's TSR3 (2022, $599), with Srixon's ZX5 Mk II and ZX5 Mk II LS (2023) further down the price range. That's a driver from the last one or two seasons for about half its launch price. Low-spin heads (Triple Diamond and LS models) suit faster swings; the GT3 and TSR3 sit between, with mid-to-low spin. Check each model page's head type before you buy.

What $300 buys

This is where used saves the most against new: a driver that launched at $550 to $650 two years ago often sells used for half that. If you're choosing between two models, check whether the newer one changed anything that matters to you; our comparisons show what changed between generations.

What to check at this price

Head type: standard, draw-biased, low-spin or lightweight versions of the same model are different clubs; each model page says which it is. Shaft and flex: a used driver comes with the shaft its first owner chose; check the flex against our flex guide. Headcover: our listings say whether it's included when the store states it. Condition: compare grades with our condition guide.
