Independent: we don't sell clubs, and stores can't pay for placement. How we work

Where to buy used golf clubs

The main places to look, with what each is good for. We list stores whether or not we'll ever earn a commission from them. For returns, shipping and warranties side by side, see store policies compared.

Affiliate programs we belong to: GlobalGolf and Next Round (both through Impact), Callaway Pre-Owned (through Partnerize), PXG (through Rakuten Advertising), Cobra Golf and TGW - The Golfer's World (both through CJ), and the Cleveland Golf, Srixon and XXIO store (us.dunlopsports.com) and Tour Edge (both through Awin). The “From eBay sellers” boxes, shown only where none of our stores has the club, link to eBay: as an eBay Partner Network Affiliate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Belonging to a store's affiliate program never changes whether it appears on this list. In our listings, stores are ranked by delivered price, shipping included; stores at the same price take turns being listed first. Commission never affects the order.

Specialist used-club stores

Graded inventory, published condition scales and return policies. The best starting point for most buyers.

Brand pre-owned programs

The club makers' own certified used stores. Their inventory centers on their own brand.

Big retailers with used sections

Marketplaces

The widest selection and the most variation. Seller reputation, return terms and photos matter much more here. We don't include marketplace listings in the finder: individual sellers' condition standards and return policies vary too much for us to stand behind them.

Golf balls

For balls, Used Ball Finder compares new, recycled and overrun golf balls from brands and stores on price per ball, so a 4-dozen box of recycled balls and a single new dozen sit on the same scale.
