Callaway Apex 21 vs Apex 19
The Callaway Apex 21 used from $324.99 replaced the Callaway Apex 19 used from $314.99. Here is what changed, side by side, from the same sourced figures as each spec page.
What changed
- Identical loft, lie and length on all 9 shared clubs: a single iron from one set fits the other at the right specs, though the head design differs.
Can I mix them?
By the numbers, yes: every club the two sets share has the same loft, lie and length, so an iron from the Callaway Apex 19 fills a gap in a Callaway Apex 21 set, and the other way round. The heads are different designs, so a mixed-in club can look, feel and sound different from its neighbours; what changed in the head is described below, from each set's page.

From each spec page
Callaway Apex 21. Lofts, lies and lengths match Callaway's Apex 19 table (via Swing Yard and golfiq); LoftChart says the 4-iron changed, which those tables don't show. Not the Apex Pro 21, Apex DCB, Apex TCB or Apex MB 21 (different lofts). No sand wedge in the published set; stock set reported as 4-PW (2nd Swing) or 3-PW plus AW (Today's Golfer)
Callaway Apex 19. Same lofts, lies and lengths as Apex 21. Also sold as Apex Smoke 19 in the same specs. Not the Apex Pro 19 (20.5 deg 3-iron). SW sold but no spec found. Launched at $1,399 in steel (GolfWRX, PGA Tour); no source says how many irons that buys, so no launch price is recorded
