Titleist T100 and T150 by generation
Titleist has sold four generations of T100 under one name since 2019, which makes buying a single used T100 iron tricky. Here's how they differ, and where the T150 fits.
By Julien Levadoux. Specs from our iron catalogue, checked between September 24 and 29, 2026. Each set's page names its source.

The short answer
The T100 kept the same lofts from 2019 to 2023 (a 34° 7-iron), and the 2021 and 2023 T100s are identical on paper. By Titleist's figures, the 2019 T100 differs only in its 3- and 4-iron lies. The 2025 T100 is 1° stronger on every club.
The T150 is 2° stronger than the older T100s (a 32° 7-iron) and 1° stronger than the 2025 T100. The 2023 and 2025 T150s are identical. Apart from the 2019 T100's 3- and 4-iron lies, lies and lengths are the same across every set here.
Which used Titleist T100 or T150 to buy
Which used Titleist T100 is the best value?
The 2019, 2021 and 2023 T100s share one loft table (a 34° 7-iron), and the 2021 and 2023 sets are identical on paper. If the specs are what matter, buy whichever of the three costs least and check the faces and grooves for wear, since the 2019 set is the oldest. What you pay more for in the newer sets is the head: the 2021 brought a variable bounce sole and denser tungsten, and the 2023 a CNC-milled face and a thicker back bar. The 2025 T100 is 1° stronger on every club (a 33° 7-iron), with a variable-thickness face in the 3- to 7-irons, and doesn't match the older sets.
On Oct 26, 2026, used Titleist T100 and T150 iron sets (full sets, right-handed, shipping included) started at $454.99 for the 2019 T100, $464.99 for the 2021 T100, $579.99 for the 2023 T100, $1,044.99 for the 2025 T100, $689.99 for the 2023 T150 and $924.99 for the 2025 T150, at the stores Used Club Finder tracks.
Titleist T100 or T150?
The T150 is the T100's stronger-lofted sister. Titleist made it 2° stronger than the T100 of its time (a 32° 7-iron), with a thicker topline and a wider sole on the same blade length and offset, and pitched it at golfers who liked the AP2 and found the T100 a bit too small. It replaced the T100•S in 2023 and has the same specs as the 2021 T100•S. The 2023 and 2025 T150s are identical on paper, so either fills a gap in the other.
What should I check before buying a used Titleist T100 set?
The year, first: every generation is sold as “T100”, and a 2025 iron in an older set will be a degree strong. Look for it in the listing title or the photos. Then check that the set isn't a T100•S (2° stronger, sold from 2020 to 2023). Titleist has also sold limited black-finish T100s: a 2021-generation set in March 2023, a 2023-generation set in February 2025 and a 2025-generation “Black Vapor” set in July 2026. They cost more new than the chrome sets of their year.

Each generation
Titleist T100 (2019)
The first T100 reached shops on August 30, 2019, at $1,399 for an 8-piece steel set ($175 a club), replacing the AP2. Titleist built it as a fully forged dual-cavity head with about 66 g of tungsten per head, a thinner face than the AP2's, a thin topline and minimal offset. Its lofts match the 2021 and 2023 T100s (a 34° 7-iron); by Titleist's figures, only the 3- and 4-iron lies differ. The T100•S followed in March 2020, 2° stronger on every club. Titleist T100 (2021)
The second T100 reached shops on August 26, 2021, at $1,299 for a 7-piece steel set ($186 a club). Titleist gave it a variable bounce sole developed with its Vokey wedge team (less bounce in the heel, more in the toe), denser D18 tungsten brazed into the 3- to 7-irons, and a brushed chrome finish. The lofts didn't change, and it matches the 2023 T100 on loft, lie and length on every club. A 2021 T100•S was sold alongside it, 2° stronger. Source: Titleist, 2021 T-Series.
On Oct 26, 2026, a used 2021 Titleist T100 set (right-handed, shipping included) started at $464.99 at the stores Used Club Finder tracks.
Titleist T100 (2023)
The third T100 reached shops on August 25, 2023, at $1,399 for a 7-piece steel set ($200 a club). It was a refresh rather than a redesign: a CNC-milled face, an updated back bar, a slight shift in the center of gravity and a softer trailing edge on the sole. GolfWRX reported the specs unchanged from 2021, and our catalogue agrees, so 2021 and 2023 irons mix on specs. The heads look alike, so check the year on the listing. On Oct 26, 2026, a used 2023 Titleist T100 set (right-handed, shipping included) started at $579.99 at the stores Used Club Finder tracks.
Titleist T150 (2023)
The T150 arrived with the 2023 T100, on the same day and at the same price, and replaced the T100•S. Titleist made it 2° stronger than the T100 (a 32° 7-iron), with a thicker topline, a wider sole and a muscle channel moved toward the face, on the same blade length and offset, and called it “the faster tour iron”. Its loft, lie and length match the 2021 T100•S and the 2025 T150 on every club. Sources: Titleist, 2023 T-Series, GolfWRX, 2023 T-Series.
On Oct 26, 2026, a used 2023 Titleist T150 set (right-handed, shipping included) started at $689.99 at the stores Used Club Finder tracks.
Titleist T100 (2025)
The fourth T100 reached shops on August 21, 2025, at $1,499 for a 7-piece steel set. Titleist added a variable-thickness face in the 3- to 7-irons, steeper grooves from the 7-iron to the PW and a muscle channel in the 3- and 4-irons, and made every club 1° stronger: a 33° 7-iron and a 45° PW, with a 49° W wedge instead of 50°. So a 2025 iron doesn't match an older T100 set. Sources: Titleist, 2025 T-Series, Golf.com, 2025 T-Series.
On Oct 26, 2026, a used 2025 Titleist T100 set (right-handed, shipping included) started at $1,044.99 at the stores Used Club Finder tracks.
Titleist T150 (2025)
The second T150 came out with the 2025 T100, on August 21, 2025, at $1,499 for a 7-piece steel set. It has the new variable-thickness face, an improved muscle channel from the 7-iron up, a blade 1 mm longer and a new stock shaft, the True Temper AMT Tour Silver. Its lofts didn't move (a 32° 7-iron, now 1° stronger than the 2025 T100), and it matches the 2023 T150 on loft, lie and length. Sources: Titleist, 2025 T-Series, Golf.com, 2025 T-Series.
On Oct 26, 2026, a used 2025 Titleist T150 set (right-handed, shipping included) started at $924.99 at the stores Used Club Finder tracks.
Which irons fit your set
“Identical” sets match yours on every club both make, so a single iron from one fills a gap in the other. “Same lofts” sets will fill the gap at the right loft, but check the lie or length difference with a fitter first. Either way, the head looks different from the rest of your bag.

Check the year before you buy
Titleist reuses the T100 name for every generation, and the heads look alike. Check the year on the listing: a 2025 T100 iron in a 2021 set will be a degree strong. Titleist labels its gap wedge W (50° on older T100s, 49° on the 2025 T100 and 48° on the T150).
What we haven't catalogued
The T100•S, 2° stronger than the T100 of its era on every club, has its own pages: 2019 and 2021. The 2017 AP2 (718 AP2) isn't catalogued yet. If you have a Titleist spec sheet for it, send it to us (hello@usedclubfinder.com).
