Titleist T100 (2023) vs T100 (2021)

The Titleist T100 (2023) used from $499.99 replaced the Titleist T100 (2021) used from $444.99. Here is what changed, side by side, from the same sourced figures as each spec page.

What changed

Can I mix them?

By the numbers, yes: every club the two sets share has the same loft, lie and length, so an iron from the Titleist T100 (2021) fills a gap in a Titleist T100 (2023) set, and the other way round. The heads are different designs, so a mixed-in club can look, feel and sound different from its neighbours; what changed in the head is described below, from each set's page.
